Terms of Use

These terms apply when you create, open, share or delete a digital care package with Make a Hug.
What the service provides
Make a Hug lets you assemble text, links and supported media into an unlisted web page and share its private URL. No Make a Hug account is required. Drafting and opening a finished package are free; generating each private share link requires a one-time Waffo payment at the price shown before checkout.
Your content and permission
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Make a Hug the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver that content through the service. You confirm that you have the right to share every message, image, recording, drawing and link you upload, including the consent of people whose voice or image appears.
Do not use Make a Hug to
- harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit or deceive someone;
- share unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative or non-consensual content;
- upload malware, stolen material or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- collect credentials or sensitive records, or disguise a malicious link;
- automate bulk creation, overload the service or bypass technical safeguards.
Content or access may be removed when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance or service operation.
Privacy of package links
Packages are unlisted and use hard-to-guess URLs, but anyone who receives or discovers a URL can open it and can forward it. The service is not end-to-end encrypted. Use good judgment and do not store passwords, identity documents, financial information, medical records or other high-risk data.
Deletion, recovery and retention
The creator’s browser stores the deletion control and recovery code returned by the service. Keep access to that browser, save the private link and recovery code, and keep originals of important media. Make a Hug is not a backup or archival service.
Created packages are intended to remain available for at least 12 months from creation. A package may be removed earlier when the creator deletes it, a related payment is refunded, the package violates these terms, removal is required for safety or law, or continued storage is no longer reasonably possible as part of operating the service.
External links and services
Goodies can link to services such as music, video, maps, shops or news sites. Make a Hug does not control or endorse those sites. Waffo, Plausible, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Cloudflare operate under their own terms and policies.
Waffo payment
One completed Waffo payment at the price shown before checkout creates one private package link. The displayed $0.99 USD amount is the one-time product price; Waffo calculates and shows any tax it must collect before payment. Make a Hug verifies the completed order, successful payment, product, amount and currency before creating the link, and each payment can create only one package. Payment does not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted availability. If confirmation is interrupted, do not start a second payment: use “Check payment status” to verify the same checkout and continue creating the link. If that still fails, contact support@fingerframeai.com. Any refund rights required by applicable law still apply.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every device or the behavior of third-party links cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, Make a Hug is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Independent service
Make a Hug is an original, independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by A Little Box of Goodies or alittleboxofgoodies.com.
